We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us first at info@atlasbilgilersports.store.

Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

Refunds

Once you contact us, we will review your request and notify you by email. If approved, you will receive store credit equivalent to the value of your order. Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Atlas Baby Shop. In most cases, we will ask for photos or videos as proof — you will not need to ship the item back.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@atlasbilgilersports.store with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will issue store credit or send a replacement immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
